I, Lillie Schechter, Chair of the Harris County Democratic Party, have called, and do hereby notify all Democratic Party precinct chairs of each Harris County election precinct in Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7, of a meeting of the Precinct Executive Committee for Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7 to be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Tom Bass Senior Center, Section III, 15108 Cullen Blvd, Houston, TX 77047, commencing at 10 o’clock a.m., for the purposes of (1) electing a chair of the Precinct Executive Committee for Harris County Justice of the Peace Precinct 7 and (2) nominating a candidate to be the candidate of the Democratic Party for the unexpired term for the office of Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7, Place 1, filling the vacancy created by the resignation of Hilary H. Green, on the November 6, 2018 General Election Ballot.
In accordance with Tex. Elec. Code § 171.072(c), I have appointed Clara Caldwell to serve as Temporary Chair of such meeting and to preside over the meeting until a Permanent Chair is elected by the precinct chairs in attendance at said Precinct Executive Committee meeting.

- Thursday, May 3, 2018 - Noon to 2pm
- Wednesday, May 9, 2018 - Noon to 2pm
- Tuesday, May 15, 2018 - 3pm to 5pm
- Thursday, May 17, 2018 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Both the Presiding and Alternate Judges along with two clerks from each polling location are required to attend eSlate Training at least within nine months prior to the election. If the presiding judge has not received training in the past nine months, the presiding judge should register themselves, the alternate judge and two clerks from the polling location. All clerks do not have to attend the training class: only two.
By law, all Election Day judges are required to attend the Law and Operations class within six months of the scheduled Election Day.
NOTE: If you have previously attended the eSlate training session after November 2017, the training sessions are not required.
